AI Trainer (Finland, full-time)

We are looking for a full-time AI Trainer to join our team in Helsinki! In the role of an AI Trainer, you will take part in the implementation of Conversational AI projects, train virtual assistants and support our Nordic clients in developing their solutions. You will gain experience from different industries and customer service automation solutions working with our clients and the experts at Front AI. We are looking for a person who is interested in always finding fresh solutions and eager to develop professionally.

Upon your start, you will be provided with training to get the necessary skills for an AI Trainer.

We are looking for

Qualifications
• Suitable academic degree (e.g., in the fields of business, IT, design, or languages)
• Previous work experience
• Ability to understand technical concepts
• Great collaboration and communication skills
• Fluency in English and in Finnish (verbal and written) – As an AI Trainer, your tasks will include analyzing language data. You will also work in collaboration with Finnish and international clients and colleagues.

We consider as an advantage
• Relevant professional experience (e.g., in analytical tasks, consulting, or other client-facing roles)
• Previous experience with virtual assistants or Conversational AI technologies or platforms
• Fluency in Swedish

Start: December 2022
Employment: Permanent, full-time
Salary: 3000 euros/month after the probationary period
Location: Helsinki, remote – You can work flexibly at our Helsinki office or remotely. Onboarding will be organized at the Helsinki office.
