Front AI has announced the successful completion of the sale of its AI Agent business to Digital Workforce on July 1, 2026. The transaction marks a defining milestone in the company’s strategic transformation into a pure-play B2B SaaS company and enables Front AI to concentrate fully on its reChanneld platform and international growth story.
The divestiture allows Front AI to focus solely on its new core business and to build an international B2B SaaS growth story around its unique customer channel strategy platform, reChanneld, which helps clients serve their customers through the optimal service channel. The sale also delivers financial strength to Front AI, supporting its international growth journey.
For Digital Workforce, the acquisition opens significant opportunities to expand into new areas. Together, Front AI’s customer-facing AI Agents and Digital Workforce’s back-office AI Agents form a strong value chain that helps clients automate their customer interactions end to end — delivering greater value and enabling faster growth than either company could achieve alone.
